Plan the Work. Work the Plan.

Why is Planning Important?

Do you feel like you are overworked and busy, and still not making progress? This is the nonprofit treadmill. You’re running fast and building up a sweat, but you aren’t getting any closer to your destination.

With a plan, you will longer be on the treadmill, you will have a defined destination and road map to get there.

Start Your Fundraising Plan Today

Here's How

Book a Workshop

What You Get.

You will leave the workshop with a fundraising plan, and the knowledge of how to layer it with more detail.  We don’t stop with a plan though. At the workshop you will learn how to work the plan with your team for ongoing results. As a workshop graduate, you’ll have unlimited access to online forms and templates you need to finish your executive summary and work plans.

How We Do It.

The workshop can be at your location with your whole team, or bring two people to our offsite location in Washington State and work with other nonprofit professionals in a collaborative, dynamic environment. Pre-work starts with gathering your data so once you get to the workshop you’re ready to hit the ground running. I provide data templates in excel so you can easily fill in the details from your donor database and financials.

We leave the B.S. (business speak) behind and use the power of storytelling to write your plan. The format of the plan is done in such a way that working the plan with your team becomes an easy, effective and fun process.

Is This For You?

Have you recognized that you need a plan but when you try to write it, you just can’t get past the first step? Do you feel like a plan is too complex and will take too much time away from your daily work? Do you want to know the secret of making your plan donor-centered?

This two-day workshop will show you easy donor-centered planning and how to work the plan so you can get going right away. Did I mention that this workshop is also fun?

1:1 Coaching

What You Get.

At the end of the 12-week consultation, you will have a written fundraising plan with executive summary to share with your leadership, as well as an action plan and instructions on how to work the plan for ongoing results. As a 1:1 Coaching client, you will also have unlimited access to online forms and templates that are used throughout the process.

How We Do It.

Once we have our initial phone call, you will gather the data you need to get going. You will be given access to a private, confidential link to online forms. I will send you regular reminders and tips to keep you moving forward.  When the forms are complete, we will schedule a 2-hour phone call to go over everything.

A draft plan, executive summary and action plan will be sent to you for review. After you review and edit the drafts, we will schedule a second 2-hour phone call to go over the plan and make adjustments.

Your final plan will be delivered and a final 2-hour phone call to go over the plan and answer questions on how to work the plan.

Is This For You?

Have you gotten started on your plan and have a pretty good idea of what it needs to look like but you just don’t have time to complete it? Maybe you have a basic plan and you want to take it to the next level.
